Bank of Resources

The Bank of Resources for community inclusion partnerships is a collection of tools that communities or relevant partners could use to pull community inclusion teams together, the purpose of community inclusion teams and their scope of work.

Resources also include a Community Inclusion Charter co-developed with communities in order to develop goals, implementation strategy and long and short term action plans.
